iCard Club Community Guidelines
Every card has a story of its own, and every collection deserves to be respected for the reasons behind it.
We want iCard Club to be a place where collectors can exchange experiences, share perspectives, and express differing opinions with confidence. Accurate information, respectful discussion, and clear boundaries make every interaction more valuable.
These Guidelines apply to user conduct on iCard Club. Users must also comply with the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable rules.
Communicate in Good Faith and Make Information More Valuable
Cards may differ in version, condition, transaction date, and market environment, and collectors may therefore reach different conclusions about the same card. We welcome well-supported contributions and respect differing opinions.
We encourage you to:
- Share genuine collecting experiences, card information, and personal opinions;
- Explain the basis for your views when expressing disagreement, and keep discussions focused on the information itself;
- Distinguish between established facts, personal judgments, and unverified information;
- Use the feedback channel to provide specific details when you believe content or data may be inaccurate, so that we can review it.
Please do not:
- Knowingly present false information as fact;
- Fabricate sales records, card prices, historical price increases, platform announcements, or official conclusions;
- Omit material information or take information out of context with the intent to mislead others;
- Publish false information regarding prizes, benefits, account verification, or customer support;
- Publicly accuse others of fraud, selling counterfeit items, or engaging in unlawful conduct without reliable supporting evidence.
Expressing an ordinary opinion, reasonably questioning platform information, or holding a different view regarding a card’s value does not, by itself, constitute a violation.
Interact Respectfully and Respect Personal Boundaries
There is no single correct approach to collecting. Regardless of which player, team, card type, or collecting style you prefer, everyone is entitled to express their views.
We encourage you to:
- Address the issue rather than the person, and discuss viewpoints without attacking the individual expressing them;
- Respect new users, users who speak different languages, and people with different collecting preferences;
- Provide supporting information when misunderstandings arise, and allow others a reasonable opportunity to clarify or correct themselves;
- Stop contacting another user when that person has clearly indicated that they do not wish to continue the interaction.
Please do not:
- Insult, threaten, discriminate against, maliciously speculate about, or repeatedly harass others;
- Continue to comment, mention, follow, or otherwise contact someone after they have clearly asked you to stop;
- Encourage or organize others to target, harass, or publicly expose another user;
- Disclose another person’s contact information, residential address, identification documents, private messages, financial information, or other sensitive information without consent.
Respect Original Content and Represent Your Identity Truthfully
High-quality content deserves visibility and respect. When quoting or using content created by others, please respect the lawful rights and interests of the original creator and other rights holders.
Please do not:
- Reproduce substantial amounts of another person’s images or other protected content without authorization;
- Remove original attribution or use another person’s content in a manner that is likely to create confusion about its source;
- Publish content that infringes copyright, trademark rights, image or publicity rights, reputation rights, or other lawful rights and interests;
- Use another person’s name, profile image, photograph, biography, or verification information in a way that may cause others to believe that the account belongs to that person;
- Impersonate an organization, brand, store, rights holder, creator, media outlet, partner, iCard Club official representative, or customer support agent;
- Fabricate a partnership, authorization, certification, agency, or employment relationship with iCard Club or any other organization;
- Imitate or alter platform pages, announcements, system notifications, or verification marks in a manner that may cause others to believe that the content is official.
Having the same name as another person or using a similar nickname does not, by itself, constitute impersonation. The platform will consider the account name, profile image, biography, verification information, published content, and the actual likelihood of deception when making such determinations.
Personal Trading Discussions Are Permitted, but Safety Boundaries Must Be Clear
You may occasionally express an interest in a personal trade, look for another individual with whom to trade, or arrange an independent transaction in comments. iCard Club is not a party to transactions between users and does not provide guarantees, authentication, payment collection, refunds, or dispute resolution for such transactions.
When discussing potential transactions, exercise appropriate judgment based on your own circumstances and protect your account information, verification codes, payment information, and personal privacy.
Please do not:
- Impersonate iCard Club, an official partner, or a trading party purportedly verified by the platform;
- Claim that a transaction is guaranteed, authenticated, processed for payment, refundable, or subject to dispute resolution by iCard Club;
- Publish listings for nonexistent cards, false prices, fraudulent payment information, scam links, or content designed to induce payment under false pretenses;
- Request another person’s verification codes, account credentials, or other sensitive information;
- Publish store information, group invitations, commercial services, contact information, or external links for promotional, customer-acquisition, or ongoing business purposes;
- Repeatedly or in bulk publish offers to buy or sell, payment requests, purchasing-agent services, authentication services, or other commercial services;
- Present commercial promotion, commission-based promotion, or another commercial arrangement as ordinary personal communication;
- Repeatedly disturb others in connection with a transaction or disrupt an existing discussion.
An occasional question such as “Would anyone like to trade for this card?” is considered normal personal interaction. Repeatedly posting store, group, or service information across multiple pieces of content may be treated as commercial promotion or spam.
Help Maintain Authentic and Orderly Interactions
Authentic likes, follows, and shares help users discover valuable information. Artificially inflating engagement or abusing moderation tools may interfere with other users’ judgment.
Please do not:
- Repeatedly post identical or substantially similar comments, meaningless characters, or other forms of spam;
- Buy, exchange, or fabricate likes, follows, or shares;
- Pressure or incentivize others to like, follow, or share content, or create artificial engagement through exchanges of benefits;
- Use multiple accounts, accounts under common control, or automated tools to generate comments, follows, or artificial engagement at scale;
- Maliciously report legitimate content, fabricate facts, or falsify evidence;
- Organize coordinated reporting campaigns for the purpose of targeting differing opinions;
- Use other accounts to continue the same conduct after comments have been moderated or community features have been restricted.
The number of reports alone will not determine an enforcement outcome. Even when content is reported by multiple users, the platform will independently assess the specific content, complete context, and available evidence.
Maintain Fundamental Safety Standards
The following conduct may cause serious harm to other users or to the platform and falls outside the scope of ordinary community interaction:
- Publishing unlawful content or using the community to carry out, organize, or facilitate unlawful activity;
- Publishing specific threats of violence, terrorist content, hateful content, pornography, or sexually explicit material;
- Harming or exploiting minors, or encouraging minors to engage in inappropriate transactions, make payments, borrow money, or disclose personal or family privacy or financial information;
- Engaging in fraud or phishing, distributing malicious software, or directing users to dangerous websites or pages;
- Accessing, attacking, disrupting, or circumventing platform systems without authorization;
- Organizing or repeatedly attempting to evade enforcement measures imposed by the platform.
Where a matter involves immediate personal safety, minors, fraud, privacy breaches, malicious software, or system security, the platform will prioritize risk containment and may escalate its response where appropriate.
Approach Price and Market Information Rationally
Prices, historical price changes, and estimated values displayed by iCard Club are provided for informational reference only. They do not constitute investment advice and do not represent future prices or guaranteed transaction outcomes.
You may share personal predictions, such as “I think this card may increase in value,” provided that other users can clearly understand that the statement reflects personal judgment. You must not present platform data, estimated values, or personal predictions as guaranteed transaction prices, guaranteed returns, or claims that a card is “certain to rise,” and you must not use such statements to induce others to make payments, enter into transactions, or assume financial risk.
How the Platform Addresses Violations
The platform will not determine that a violation has occurred solely because users hold different opinions, because content contains ordinary negative criticism, because a particular keyword appears, or because a certain number of reports have been submitted. Reviews will consider the full context, the purpose of the conduct, its actual impact, the scope of distribution, and relevant account history.
Depending on the circumstances, the platform may take one or more of the following measures:
- Issue a notice or warning;
- Hide or remove relevant comments;
- Remove inauthentic engagement;
- Restrict access to community features for a specified period;
- Permanently revoke access to community features in cases involving serious unlawful activity, fraud, real-world safety risks, or repeated evasion of enforcement measures that causes material harm;
- Where necessary, take additional account-level measures in accordance with the User Agreement and applicable law.
The platform will use reasonable means to inform affected users of the content or conduct at issue, the applicable rule, the measure taken, and the duration of the measure. If an enforcement decision is found to have been made in error, the platform will promptly restore the relevant content or community features and may retain necessary enforcement records.
Reporting and Feedback
If you encounter harassment, fraud, privacy violations, advertising, infringement, or other conduct that may violate these Guidelines, you may submit a report through the reporting feature.
The reason selected when submitting a report helps the platform identify the nature of the issue and does not mean that the reported content has already been determined to violate these Guidelines. Reports will be reviewed by the platform, and an initial review will generally be completed within 24 hours of receipt. Decisions will be made independently based on the relevant content and these Guidelines.
If you identify inaccurate information in displayed articles, images, or videos, or in card names, images, versions, prices, or other card-related information, you may submit specific details through the feedback channel. The platform will review and address the matter in a timely manner after becoming aware of it.
Application and Updates to These Guidelines
To maintain product safety and community order, respond to changes in applicable laws and regulations, or make necessary product adjustments, iCard Club may update these Guidelines or modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features.
For material changes that may significantly affect user rights or use of the service, the platform will provide reasonable notice and indicate the update date and effective date. Where advance notice is not possible due to urgent security risks, unlawful conduct, or circumstances beyond the platform’s control, the platform will provide an explanation as soon as reasonably practicable.
Where changes to features affect memberships, account balances, points, or other previously acquired benefits, such matters will be handled in accordance with applicable rules, purchase terms, and applicable laws and regulations. The availability of a free feature does not constitute a commitment by the platform to provide that feature indefinitely, nor does it relieve the platform of any responsibility imposed by applicable law.
